"Had a 2003 Avalon since 2007. Then, had an accident that cost the value of the car to repair. SF explained everything but I had to find a new vehicle ASAP, it was done of the lowest temps in negative and just before ( and during) Christmas. I was stressed. Matt gave me a heads up on a few things, timing, what was needed, etc, so I wasn’t blindsided. He and his staff were knowledgeable and accurate every time. They gave me peace of mind that prepared me every step. Their office was not only open Christmas Eve, but Matt himself was working. Thank you Matt and staff for your assistance and advice. "Thought id call for insurance at 8:45 in the morning. They open at 8:30. Nah phone system says you are calling after hours. If I cant even get ahold of yall to buy insurance the chances of a claim being approved by you people is nil. I'll go somewhere else"

"Matt has been nothing short of incredible. I have been in a rush getting everything ready to move out of state to Wisconsin. I am incredibly happy I gave him a call.
